The Sound Agents are working in consultation with Mr Maatook the owner of the Shelter in the middle of the Roundabout in Penny Lane Liverpool, to re-imagine Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band Album Cover as an art installation on his building.

The local community will be invited to take part in the project which will also depict Liverpool Musicians, Artists and Writers.
